Tim brings 8+ years of healthcare experience, first as a physical therapist and clinic director before coming to the solution engineering team at Smartsheet. Tim has spent extensive time in the academic hospital setting, as well as rural hospitals as a PT, and took that experience to the Healthcare & Life Science (HLS) vertical at Smartsheet. He was part of the team that developed the new accreditation/certification management solution in Smartsheet, along with Erica Takano, who led the development. Erica Takano

Commercial Solution Engineer

Erica Takano first started out as a cardiothoracic intensive care nurse at a university medical center before joining the solutions engineering team at Smartsheet. During her time in healthcare she developed educational assets to assist in training staff nurses on numerous life sustaining devices as well as participated in shared governance models to support unit staff. Her first hand experiences have contributed to solving specific challenges Smartsheet customers face in healthcare and life sciences such as regulatory compliance and accreditation tracking. She combines her passion for healthcare with the capabilities of Smartsheet to create meaningful solutions for healthcare and life sciences customers.
