Heather Duff is a Partner Enablement Manager at Smartsheet. Her journey began as a devoted customer, actively participating in the Smartsheet Community and utilizing the product to streamline her team's workflows. Driven by her admiration for the platform, Heather set her sights on joining the Smartsheet team, and realized her goal in April 2022 by joining the Pro Desk team. In February 2024, she joined the Partner Enablement Team.Drawing from her diverse professional background, Heather brings a wealth of experience to her role. Having worked in various industries, including event planning, association management, higher education, and early childhood education, she possesses a well-rounded perspective that allows her to effectively address the unique needs of Smartsheet users from different fields. Outside of work, she enjoys family time, gardening, and traveling.
