Kieran joined Smartsheet in March 2022 as a Strategic Solutions Engineer, within the EMEA Large Enterprise Solution Engineering team, having been a Smartsheet customer for the previous seven years. Kieran is responsible for leading Discovery-focused conversations with customers to understand current state processes, challenges and pain points, before creating a demonstration of the future state using Smartsheet.Prior to joining Smartsheet, Kieran held several Head of PMO and Senior Project Management roles within the advertising and marketing industries, holding Practitioner certifications in both PRINCE2® and Portfolio, Programme and Project Offices (P3O®), working with global brands such as Ford Motor Co., L’Oréal, Coca-Cola and Bayer Healthcare. Kieran has seen first-hand the power of the Smartsheet platform and how it can be used to increase the efficiency and collaboration of project teams, improve visibility of portfolio performance, and enhance the management of risks, issues and budgets, for both internal teams and customers.
