Olivia Ripps has been with Smartsheet for 5 years, currently holding the position of Senior Manager of the PPM Services Practice. In this role, she leads the highly specialized and vertical-focused Project & Portfolio Management Professional Services team. Her primary responsibilities include advancing the maturity of Professional Services offerings and delivery assets and actively supporting go-to-market strategies.Olivia holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems, Entrepreneurship, and Global Business. She is certified in PMP, Six Sigma Green Belt, CSM, Disruptive Strategy, Strategy Execution, and Open Innovation. Her goal is to use her expertise to drive impactful customer results.

Principal Product Marketing Manager

Subha has been with Smartsheet for two and a half years and leads the go-to-market effort for project and portfolio management use cases. She plays a critical role in increasing customer awareness and adoption through effective messaging, positioning, and marketing strategy. Prior to joining Smartsheet, Subha had worked in the areas of strategic consulting and solutions marketing in the technology industry.
